Program Highlights

Group Life / AD&D

All full time benefit eligible employees are eligible to participate in the company paid Life and AD&D benefit which provides financial support to help with expenses like living costs, final arrangements, and tuition. 

Voluntary Life / AD&D

All full time benefit eligible employees are eligible to enhance the company paid Life and AD&D benefit with optional amounts of $50,000 to $200,000. Participants can also insure a spouse and dependent children. 

Short Term Disability

Eligible employees, after six months of employment are eligible for partial salary continuation benefits for up to 26 weeks.

Company Paid Long Term Disability

For eligible exempt salaried employees working 40+ hours per week, after one year of employment, this benefit provides important financial protection for conditions that last longer than 26 weeks.

Voluntary Long Term Disability

For non-exempt hourly and salaried employees as well as exempt sales representatives this option provides affordable financial protection in the event you are unable to work for longer than 26 weeks.
